Board Development

Being a member of the board of directors of an organization involves many duties and responsibilities. It is important for new and experienced board members to have the opportunity to learn about their role in the organization and their responsibilities to the organization.

In Anchorage, the Foraker Group offers training programs and opportunities that fit the schedules of busy, working professionals, provides them with high-quality training and education and helps them establish a network of other individuals who face many of the same challenges.

See more about the Foraker programs here, and the Foraker training calendar here.

It is suggested that board members of the Rilke Schule Verein attend two training sessions (or more) per year (Foraker or other.)
